Dear all,

I've seen a bug report on sourceforge regarding civilians that move out
of buildings even if they are damaged. Basically, if they do, civilians
sometimes prevent other agents from moving.

I can say that i have seen this happening a few times on the Kobe map.
Anyway, the point is that they should not move out of buildings,
otherwise we have to look for roads where civilians might be found.

Will that bug be addressed before the competition or should we try to
play with that?

Cheers,

Gopal
