Dear Utku,
You are right about the issue! It is actually a bug in the path-planning
module
of the civilian agent. Yesterday, I submitted a bug-report together with a
fix
to SourceForge. So, I think it will be fixed soon. Before that time, You can
download the fix I have provided with the bug-report and use it.
