The current timestep is sent as part of each sense message - the kernel
does not send any other time information. This has not changed from
version 0.48.
Do you mean that there is a bug in librescue? If so, please report it
via sourceforge (http://www.sf.net/projects/roborescue) and include
minimal code that reproduces the bug.
