Hi.
The problem you are having is that YabAPI is out of date. There is a new
version available at
http://siahe.com/saviour/yab/yabapi-1.00-tcp-1.tar.gz which has been
compiled for java 1.4. If you replace your copy of YabAPI with this one
then it should work.

When agents connect you should see the numbers here decreasing. The
numbers show how many agents the kernel is waiting for - civilians,fire
brigades, fire stations, ambulance teams, ambulance centres, police
forces and police offices. "no ack" is the number of agents that have
connected but not acknowledged.
