[robocup-rescue-s] 2 questions

I have two questions about rcrss and yabapi:

1.) How can I obtain the map's center coordinates with a agent?
2.) How can I obtain the neighboring buildings of a building? the
neighborhood function return the nodes that the building have around but
no the buildings... Alternatively you can explain how the neighborhood
function works (in the yabapi is not well documented)
