TCP sockets

Hi!

It was told, some time ago, that the next version of the rescue
system would feature TCP sockets, instead of UDP. As I'm having a
really hard time because of the UDP sockets, can you tell me how is the
development of the next version going? Can I get a beta version? UDP
sockets should be not used any more, because there is no guarantee that
an UDP packet will arrive it's destination (that's the problem i'm
having, I'm loosing some packets).
