Problem with rescue0.44 kernel

Hi everyone
I download and make rescue0.44 kernel on suse (linux )
but I get an error while making.
Error is on R_civilian and it is:" [FrameSexp.o] Error 1"
and when I run all.sh there is not 8civilian.sh window available
like rescue0.43 kernel.
when I connect my agent I get illegal header from kernel(exception).
anyone can help me?
