Problem with rescue 0.43 kernel

Hi

I run rescue kernel on Suse(linux) and I connected my agents to it,
but my police force agents doesnt work properly and they stop when
they start to clear blockade and stay on that situation and i beleive
that my code is correct.(becauce i checked it in another kernel).
I would appreciate that anybody help me on this problem.

by the way is rescue kernel available on windows ?
