(1) format of logfile
A logfile is just a whole record of kernel-viewer communication.
The format of kernel-viewer communication is described in kernel manual. Please read the manual for the details. (You can download it by following links in the official home page)

(2) Source file of viewer
The kernel package has only binary of kuwataviewer. You need to obtain source package from the following URL.

(3) How to obtain status ;-<
  To obtain damage results from these logfiles, you need to recreate status of agents, buildings, and so forth.
The calculation is carried out in viewer codes.
I think you should start simple viewer code by Koto-san.
