[robocup-rescue-s] Issues

Dear committee members,

There is 3 importance issues (problems maybe) I want to mention:

- First, as noticed by Hossein and Mostafa, we had the problem of misc
simulator again on the forth day (the same random seed, but different
initial healths and damages). I know it's a surprising phenomenon and maybe
it takes time to find the problem in the server but after the first day, it
was accepted that we rerun these games, wasn't it? why if we have this
problem on semifinals and finals?

- Second, My team (impossibles) made exception on two maps out of eight on
the forth day. We have checked it and found something bad in these maps. On
Random9 there is a node (id 1694) and a building connected to it, which is
isolated from all the world and no road in connected to it. On Random11 we
have the same problem (id 608). This is a strange, non-realistic,
rule-breaking situation of maps. We expect from the committee to omit these
maps from the forth day's result and strongly expect them to correct coming
maps on semifinals and finals.

- Third, it's about the map without refuge on the forth day (Random11). If
you see the logs you'll be surprised that impossibles is the first rank and
as I mentioned we didn't even move. It doesn't seem realistic and I think it
doesn't model any real situation (even a city without hospital).

And at the end, I want to thank the committee members again, we are seeing
their enormous efforts here. But I think effort is necessary not sufficient.
We should talk much about this year's rescue simulation and coming years on
Sunday and after that.
