[robocup-rescue-s] bug in sense?

Hi,
I'm using 0.49+ that has been released for the competition. i've noted
that my agents sometimes miss some 'sensed' information from the Kernel.
For example, they would go into a building where a civilian is and come
out without knowing that the civilian was there. Also, it could also be
that they would rescue a civilian (and it would be taken to a refuge)
and they would still think that the civilian is buried.

Has anyone seen something similar happen?
