[robocup-rescue-s] IranOpen 2007 Rescue Simulation League

Dear Teams Intending to participate IranOpen 2007
Rescue Simulation league,

The package that is going to be used at IranOpen 2007
competition will be an enhanced version of rescue0.49.9 .
Current version is called rescueio07.0 and can be obtained
from http://siahe.com/io/rescueio07.0.zip

It introduces a new communication system for agents,
called communication channels.To learn more about this
feature and it's effect on your agents, see the
accompanied documents. (rescueio07.0/docs)

ps: League page at IranOpen website will reflect final rules
in near future.
