you can't change agent's location by changing the x an y coordinates.
the 3rd parameter is id of abject that agent should be placed there.
So to change agent's location via gisini.txt there is just one way.
Changing agent's location id(3rd parameter).
so without any editor you can't change the agent's position to Preferred
location.
