[robocup-rescue-s] Diferences between 2005/2006 rules

Dear all,

In 2005 competition, it was said that for each cycle, the maximum number of
messages received/transmitted by an agent was:
 - 4 for platoon agents;
 - 2*n for center agents;

But for 2006 competition, there is no restriction about the communication in
the rules. So, may I send an enormous amount of packets in each cycle?
