[robocup-rescue-s] Where is the building temperature sensing implemented?

Dear Cameron,

I've looked at the latest version of rescuecore, and haven't been able to
find where the sensing of the building temperature is implemented; as we
discussed the simulator should inform agents of a building's temperature if
they are within sensing distance. Can you please help?
