[robocup-rescue-s] bug report MISC.hxx

hi all
  i am a new member that join to Robocop Rescue Simulation Group.
  i work with Fedora core 3 (gcc 3.4)and Fedora Core 5 (gcc 4.0).
  if you want compile /rescue-0.49.5/programs/miscsimulator/MISC.hxx in FC5 "gcc 4.0", you will see compile erorr for Dice class that implement methods inline.
  if we implement methods inline in class , we dont must use class name in start of method declare . if must clear it for error free compile.
  but i dont know this error dont show in FC3 "gcc 3.4" compiler ?!?
