[robocup-rescue-s] Catch ActionCommandException

Hi,

I need to do some things after send a command (rest, extinguish, reascue, etc). I can do this
catching the ActionCommandException in the act method. My question is: is there a problem if
the ActionCommandException it's no throwed in act?
