Hi.

I think that no-one really knows how many of the parameters were chosen.
I don't even know what most of them mean, particularly the ones like
TSL1, TSL2 etc.

If you look through the mailing list archive you will find the
discussion from previous years which will tell you how some of the
parameters were chosen, e.g. say_max_bytes.
