[robocup-rescue-s] New version robocup 0_48

Dear all,
I am trying to install the latest rescue-0_48.
when i ran the shell ./all.sh i am getting the following massage.
Xterm: Can't execvp export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/program/librescue:/progam/civilian/lib
and
1. The blockade simulator says
./6blockadessimulator.sh:
./../program/blockadessimulator/blockadessimulator: No such file or
directory
Same statement is being displayed by Civilian, Collpase,GIS,Kernel, Misc
logs.
2. The Fire, Traffic, Viewer logs says
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

        at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.doConnect(PlainSocketImpl.java:305)
        at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.connectToAddress(PlainSocketImpl.java:171)

        at java.net.Socket.connect(Socket.java:452)
        at java.net.Socket.connect(Socket.java:402)
        at java.net.Socket.<init>(Socket.java:309)
        at java.net.Socket.<init>(Socket.java:153)
        at viewer.TCPIO.<init>(TCPIO.java:19)
        at viewer.Main.main(Main.java:29)
        at viewer.Main.main(Main.java:25)
 
Infact at the prompt I added
"export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/program/librescue:/program/civilian/lib"
But i am still getting the same error.
Can anybody help me out please.
