Hi.

There is no function called buildingApexes() in librescue. There is a
function getApexes() in class Building that returns an INT_32* - this is
a zero-terminated list of the apexes of the building.

You might be looking at the old librescue folder in the civilian
simulator - that implementation has been removed from the latest
release, and the civilian has been modified to use the real librescue.
