[robocup-rescue-s] changing UDP port in ver. 0.44

Hello,

I am trying to run the simulation (version 0.44) on one server, several
times. For that I changed the UDP-ports in the config.txt-file.
Both the simulator and the agents both use the same config.txt file, and
when I use port 6000 and gis_port 6001 everything works fine. But if I
change the port the act_move command is no longer executed.

The agents still send the command but there is no reaction.
Both the kernel as the agents are broadcasting on the right (same) port.

Does anyone know what could solve this problem?
