To clarify:
The league needs to send a list of qualified teams to the Robocup
organisers by February 28. In order to do this, the technical committee
needs to have everyone's qualification material by February 21 so that
we have time to inspect everyone's material and decide which 20 teams
qualify.
Please make sure you have your qualification material submitted as soon
as possible.
