Dear all,
In order to solve this problem origin of X and Y coordinate should be random, like random IDs. However some precalculation can be done even in this situation. For example using buildingArea, buildingCode and some other unchanged properties to make a function which generate a uniqe ID. But I think this situation makes it difficult to find such a function and it reduces the precalculation chance.
