Dear Takeshi,
About the rules you've suggested, I agree these rules will make the robocup
rescue more challenging. I personaly like the rules and adapting such rules
in our system is not hard at all.
But the main question is: at Seattle and Fukuoka there were only two teams
that could extinguish fires in the city (YabAI and Arian). Now that most of
the teams haven't come to the point to extinquish the city normally, is it
right to expect teams to extinquish the city in the new situtation that is
much harder?
This email is not an objection to the proposed rules. I just want to know
your ideas.
