for RoboCup 2002. I will announce machine specifications as soon as
they will be fixed. At present, we demand the same or more computer
powers than RoboCup 2001,
At 2001, we used SGI 330.

A center can hear 2 * number of its platoon agents as long as
message formats are subject to Takeuchi and Morimoto's proposal.
