It is not to set another rule, it is to make rules clear.
When competitions are approaching, we find ambiguous points
of rules, so we need to make them clear. (This situation is
the same as other soccer leagues.)
Are you ok to other Ikuo's proposals except the length of message ?
To all participants:
Please point out rules for 2002 that you think ambiguous, in order to
avoid trobules at the competition venue.
Proposals for 2003 are also welcome, we will have time to discuss them
face to face at Fukuoka.
