Dear all,

the miscsimulator latest version 0_2 is now available.

I changed the README file and misc_config.txt file a little bit.

[ver 0_2] Mar. 26 2001
* add the explanation of the miscsimulator to the README file
* default misc_random_seed parameter is -1
  (seed for the random number is current time)

[ver 0_1] Mar. 23 2001
* can set up parameters in the misc_config.txt file
