[robocup-rescue-s] About the bugfix in the firesimulator

Hi,

I can remember that Dr. Sarvapali Ramchurn did a bugfix in the firesimulator on 6.25, is it used in the real contest or not?
Is it in current http://www.robocuprescue.org/robocup2007/package/49withCBS.zip ? Is this file exactly what is used in the real contest?
