The new scoring system was supposed to have been announced with the 2007
rules. Unfortunately, it was not. If you downloaded the version 0.50
release in March you will have seen that the scoring system had changed
and you should have questioned it then.

Nevertheless, because the rule change was not officially announced we
will be using last years scoring system. This will not require
re-running any of the maps.

Only civilians that are damaged or buried are considered dead - healthy
civilians are fine.
