[robocup-rescue-s] Version 0.50.0 released

Hi everyone.

Version 0.50.0 of the rescue simulation package has been released.
Please download it from www.sf.net/projects/roborescue. You can also get
it via subversion from
https://roborescue.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/roborescue/releases/0.50.x/0.50.0.

This version contains the new "communication channel" code. Please check
the "docs" directory for information on how the new system works. There
are also a number of other changes; check the changelog for details.

I strongly encourage all of you to download and test this new version.
Make sure you report any bugs by using the sourceforge bug tracker, not
by email. If it's not in the bug tracker then it won't get fixed.

You can consider this to be a candidate release for the 2007 competition
package.
