[robocup-rescue-s] Info regarding Kobe

Hi,

I have a doubt regarding the dimensions of the Kobe city simulation.
What is the length of the diagonal of the city from the bottom left to
the top right?
I calculated it as 521 meters. But is it 521 meters or 5.21 Km??
Someone please let me know about this.
