[robocup-rescue-s] site update

Added to Robocuprescue.org:
- Virtual Robots main page and Competition Results (thanks to Stefano
Carpin).
- Corrected a few things in the text.
- 3 photos from the 2006 competition (please give me a url where you
might have more photos so that i can download them - otherwise mail them
to robocuprescue@gmail.com and i'll pick them up from there).

Please contribute to the wiki (www.robocuprescue.org/wiki) - there is an
FAQ section now which should be filled with your past queries about the
simulator/agents and their answers - to avoid repeating ourselves on the
mailing list. You'll also find that the wiki also welcomes contributions
from the Virtual Robots competition (please publicise this to those
involved).
