[robocup-rescue-s] Is "brokenness" used anywhere?

Dear all,

there is a property brokenness in the buildings class, that is called
brokenness. I haven't been able to find out if this is used somewhere. Can
you please let me know if you know whether it is used (and in that case
what it does), or not?
