[robocup-rescue-s] [ANNOUNCE] Qualification Result

Dear RoboCuppers,

Thank you for submitting materials. We reviewed submitting teams'
materials
in consideration of VISA, Travel Support and so on.

As we announced, we reviewed based on TDPs. Through the review process,
we are disappointed that there are many low quality TDPs.

Some TDPs were not written based on LNCS guideline, some were
barely-readable, others didn't include scientific results.

So, we needed to disqualify many teams to my great regret.

Qualified teams should revise their own TDP.
Especially, some teams need to revise it severely.
   - Impossibles, Incredibles, MRL and CSU_YunLu.

We will announce the result of qualification as follows:
