[robocup-rescue-s] Errors in Rescue-0_48 version while compiling

Dear All,
  I am trying to Insatall the Version-0_48. Infact I am new to Robocup.
  I am getting errors. My GCC version 3.2.2 and Java 1.4.2_09.
  when I "make" in the Program Folder, I get
  1. COLLAPSESIMULATOR, GIS, BLOCKADESIMULATOR, MISCSIMULATOR & CIVILIAN shows the following massage.
  /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lrescue
  collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
  2. LIBRESCUE shows
  udp.cc:142: 'usleep' undeclared (first use the function)
  3. KERNEL:
  System.cxx:461: 'usleep' undeclared (first use this function)
   
  Can somebody help me please.
