[robocup-rescue-s] River Question(s) / IRC Channel

Hello,

I have been reading the "How to Develop a Robocup Rescue Agent" pdf (dated
in 2002) I was wondering if there is a more recent one?

In the document it mentioned Rivers and River Nodes, but didn't provide the
structure for it. ie. what properties do Rivers haves? I would assume you
can't move on rivers... Do any of the maps have rivers?

Does anyone here use IRC? It would be great if I could get realtime help or
even discuss strategies. Perhaps a robocup channel on freenode?
