[robocup-rescue-s] Rescue 0_48 package

Dear all and Cameron,

Thanks Cameron for the lastest rescue package.

I have some problem:

I am trying to install it, However the simulator 0_48 is not working, and
when I try to run ./kernel I have next error:

./kernel: error while loading shared libraries: librescue.so.1: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory.

Some body has some idea?
