Dear Umut,

To ensure that your newly-installed version of 'flex'
is being used in compilation, please remove these files
before compiling again:

rescue-0_47_5/program/civilian/itk/SimpleSexp2Lexer.cc
rescue-0_47_5/program/civilian/itk/SimpleSexp2Scanner.tab.cc
rescue-0_47_5/program/civilian/itk/SimpleSexp2Scanner.tab.h
rescue-0_47_5/program/civilian/itk/SimpleSexp2Scanner.lex.o

and then 'make' the project again. The above files are
automatically generated by 'flex' and 'bison' during
the compilation process but are not removed by 'make clean'
command and might not be regenerated if you install a
new version of 'flex' and remake your project. So, in
order to let the newly-installed 'flex' regenerate its
targets, you should remove them.

This may fix your problem.

Regards,
Arash Rahimi
