[robocup-rescue-s] 2006 TC/OC and 3rd competition of RSL

Dear everyone,

Since 2005 Osaka, it has passed 2 weeks. I am glad to annoouce
followings to you,

(1) At Osaka, 6 teams participated the Virtual Robots demo.
    http://www.faculty.iu-bremen.de/carpin/VirtualRobots/
    And the Virtual Robots demo will be held as 3rd competion
in the Rescue simulation league.

    2. Proposal: Virtual Rescue Simulation - ACCEPTED
        To be organized by RescueSimulation TC/OC first time
2006 in Bremen

    (Naming of the 3rd league is wanted. V league, hybrd
league .... )

(2) 2006 TC members were selected at the venue.
    And after decision of the Virtual Robots, two member (marked
*) are selected for 3rd league.
