compiling roborescue with gcc 3.4

Hi,

I downloaded rescue044alpha and I am trying to build it on Debian linux with
gcc3.4 and I get all kind of errors. I first got deprecated arguments
error. I fixed but it still gives all kind of complains like unknown host
and all other kind of environment variables not being set correctly.

I tried installing gcc2.95 paralled to gcc3.4 and it almost crashed mi linux
instalation! Now I am back to using only gcc3.4.

Is there any version available ready for gcc3.4? If not, any sugestions?
