Each Circle in white represents an Ambulance Team
Agent.
Each Circle in yellow represents a Police Force Agent.
Each Circle in Red represents a Fire Brigade Agent
Each Circle in Green represents a Civilian.

Buildings in Green are Refuges.
Office Buildings(Police Office, Ambulance Center, Fire
Station) are white.
