- Non-US students can definitely attend the tutorial at ICRA and that makes
the advisor's group eligible for loans of equipment! You can register for
the tutorial at ICRA, there is plenty of space.

- we're creating simulators of the robots so you can program to them and
then download onto them at RoboCup if you aren't eligible to physically
borrow one. We'll go over it at the tutorial

- We welcome collecting data and integrating software and testing in the
field for you when a) you can't join us and b) unscheduled opportunities.

I'm not sure what the trouble is; http://www.crasar.org may be required for
your browser. The website is alive and a colleague in the UK just accessed
it for me. Please let me know individually if you have problems. Wow, this
is a real example of Murphy's Law ;-)
