[robocup-rescue-s] new TC/OC for 2007/2008

Dear all,

The new TC/OC for the Robocup Rescue Simulation for next year has been
approved for next year.

The structure of our league is now as follows:

Kamal Karlapalem
Omid AmirGhiasvand
Jiang Fu (Local OC for 2008)

Review Committee:

The list is available on robocuprescue.org. The people who are in the
TC/OC for next year have been chosen based on their academic
background/organisational skills/knowledge of the simulator/attendance
at Robocup 2008. We aim to give more credibility to our league through
this choice.

The new TC/OC/Exec have a lot to do for next year, as we discussed at
Atlanta 2007. We have already discussed the constitution of our league
with the help of the participants on site and based on the comments
we've received over the last few months. I will send out the final copy
of our constitution in the coming days and put it up on the website.

Also, please note that there is no limit to how much you can contribute
to RobocupRescue. The next competition will, hopefully, be very
different from the ones we've had the last couple of years. We hope to
make it a good playground for innovative ideas and tools that will help
our league progress.

In particular, we aim to build a list of committed programmers that will
handle bugs/make changes to the simulator/and respond to queries/code
new features. Please get in touch with me to let me know what you would
