[robocup-rescue-s] Rescue real world interface

Hi!

Nils Behrens from TZI Bremen finished a Java implementation for
collecting real data from first responders in the field equipped with a
mobile phone (MobileResQ-Project). If you are interested, please have a

description and a demo of the project.
