Hi robocuppers.
There are two things that you need to be aware of when downloading and
compiling version 0.46alpha.
The first is that the old fire simulator is not in CVS, so you must
download the packaged version from the file release section of the web
page. CVS access is for people who are developing the simulators, not
for general use, and should only be used if you intend to modify the
code. In all other cases it is best to just use the packaged version.
Second, you might need to downgrade your version of flex when compiling
the civilian code, as there is a known incompatability in more recent
versions. Version 2.5.4 is known to work correctly.
